Day Eighteen: Intention—enough said
1. Lat Pull Down- Grasp the bar with a wide grip, and sit so your thighs are under the supports. Pull the bar down towards your chest, engaging your lats as you pull down. Return until your arms and shoulders are fully extended. Repeat for desired repetitions.
TRAINING TIP: Make sure you are not using too much momentum, and are really pulling from your “lats” as you complete the reps.
